Overview
MeshCore Update is a utility app for updating supported MeshCore repeater devices over Bluetooth DFU.
The app does not collect, sell, or share personal data.
Data collection
The app does not collect user accounts, names, email addresses, location data, contacts, photos, analytics data, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.
Bluetooth
The app uses Bluetooth to scan for and connect to nearby supported MeshCore OTA and DFU devices. Bluetooth is used only for firmware update functionality.
Network access
The app uses HTTPS/TLS network access to download official MeshCore firmware packages from GitHub Releases. No user profile or personal information is sent by the app.
Local storage
The app stores downloaded firmware files locally on the user's device. Users can delete locally stored firmware files from within the app.
Third-party services
The app accesses GitHub Releases to retrieve firmware release information and firmware files. The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or user tracking SDKs.
